David Krueger – Elder

David Krueger has been a member and an officer of Northside Church for 26 years – from the time it was formed as New Life Presbyterian Church, a Presbyterian Church in America. He grew up in Wisconsin and lives in Winder with his wife, Bernie. David was in the Mobile Home Design Industry and was a Department Store Planner for Rich’s and Federated Dept. Stores before he retired. They have two children, Stephanie Terrell (Gainesville, GA) and the Rev. Craig Krueger (Ennis, Texas). They have 5 grandchildren, two of which are serving in the military, one in Iraq and one who will be deployed to Iraq soon.

Since 1996, David has been a Project Administrator recruiting church teams to go on one week summer mission trips to 7 Native American Reservations in the U.S. and Canada and one Hispanic outreach trip to Tucson, AZ. Bernie and David typically lead 3 or 4 of these one week trips each summer. Their ministries on reservations include Vacation Bible School, Elders Care Facilities, Construction, Evangelism, Youth Programs, and Correctional Facilities.
